Ah, the jealousy
For someone who's single like me, it is sometimes liberating. It IS liberating. I don't have to report what I'm doing, feels okay when I left my phone at home, my phone's not vibrating all the time. I enjoy every second of this.
But let's be honest. There are times when jealousy creeps into my soul. The luxury of loving someone and be loved in return, dedicating love songs to each other, sharing private jokes. Yes, there are times I wanted to do all these things.
Maybe it's time to remind myself, how much so-called "love" has made me feel in the past. Believe me, I wouldn't even dare to go back there. And also remind myself on how Allah has forbid anything that's nearing myself to any acts of adultery. Yes, I couldn't handle it and of course, He knows best.
So I'd say thanks, but no thanks.
