There is an anaesthetist which I liked the most in this hospital I am currently working in. Arrogant with his wits and intelligence, but I didn't mind.
Yesterday, I was joking around with my colleagues. And we were talking about the anesthetist. Some of my colleagues don't like him; by saying he could be nasty and ridiculous sometimes. Someone added in the conversation "He's a radical towards
Islam as well.. He tweeted that Muhammad could be manipulating Muslims or something"
But by the time we reached to this point I was about to leave. On my way out I could still hear some more comments about that. But my heart skipped a beat when I heard the girl, that fifth year girl, agreed to what the anaesthetist tweeted by saying "that's probably true"
She actually thinks that our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), manipulate Quran and Muslims?????? Rage, sadness thundered in my heart.No, Muhammad didn't manipulate! He's Allah swt's messenger! He delivered nothing but the truth!
The sad thing was, I just walked away.
Malu. I can imagine how mad Umar bin Al Khattab could have been if he heard that. Malu. Aku malu. Aku marah dengan diri sendiri. I could have turned back and explain. I could have. I should have.
